I'd imagine it's possible.
I've used repair patches on inflatable boats etc But really would you want to? It's a safety thing, you get rapid defaltion of spring and it wont do your handling anygood...
Bite the bullet and get it replaced, if it's that far gone, will probably spring a leak elsewhere, then you'll have problems with over used air pump (more expence)

I'd be tempted to try a patch as a short term fix. As long as you use a good quality boat patch you'll probably be ok. Will probably outlast the rest of the airbag! My Previous RR's!

There are several 4x4 breakers like CWS 4x4 who would sell you a "pre-owned" one from a car they are recycling 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Don't even contemplate patching it. If the patch comes away whilst you're travelling at speed you could loose control of the vehicle and cause some serious damage

When you first noticed the leak was the noise condtant or did it stop after a few seconds.

Noticed a few times now when we have got out of the car the suspention seems to make a noise as if it's self leveling again. Wondering if i have a leak?

Any help
