Seat height adjust knackered

After getting battery changed, seat height (only seat height, forwards and tilt still OK) on drivers seat and climate control are u/s.
Is this possibly a fuse blown, or likely just a motor that's given up the ghost?

And while I'm at it, is the front suspension supposed to lower while I'm stopped at a red light?

(is this what they meant by 'character'?)

Definitely character Rolling Eyes

Simple first:

Try a hard reset first, i.e. let the car shutdown over several minutes, disconnect the battery at the terminals and touch the cables together for several seconds. Reconnect and see of that works.

Fuses are easy to check, the list is in the owners manual and the fusebox for them is in the back of the glovebox. If you don't have the OM, a copy is in the Wiki.

Suspension should not lower whilst paused at lights I think. Did this start after the battery change? Again try again after the reset.

No luck on that, come back. Cheers
Richard

I've had my 4.4tdv8 for a few months now [2011] and the front suspension used to drop but only after I'd parked. It seemed to drop to normal level though, as if it had been to high while moving. As soon as I locked it, then it would drop to normal if that makes sense. However it no longer has any issues. Just thought it might have been standing at the dealers forecourt for a long time and since it has been started to be used again it has somehow sorted itself out.
