I would replace both front struts and bags at the same time, then you know what you have got - if one has gone south, the other won't be far behind.

Yes the fully assembled strut as in your link has the damper(shock) and the airbag(what would be a spring)

Most likely you will have "hard" faults so a suitable diagnostic tool will be needed to clear them.
