Hi all

I can see the 18 MY vehicles have a dynamic mode in the terrain settings, does it make an obvious difference like it does in the Sport or is it hard to tell?

Sold my 16 plate 5.0 SC AB in October because I wanted a more focused ride so went for an SVR, great in many ways but just missing that special feeling when driving it and my passengers comment that the seats are hard especially rear seats.

Wondering if the facelift model with dynamic tightens up the ride whilst keeping that special feel that a 405 has, cant stretch to the 5.0 model so thats a worry coming from the effortless performance into one of the diesel models

It’s no SVR, but I find the performance and 740nm of torque of the SDV8 effortless.

Is yours an 18 MY Ive had an SDV8 some years ago, Im keen to know if the Dynamic mode on the terrain settings makes a difference in the L405 like it does in the L494

Out of my affordability sadly, if i give the SVR in now Im looking at around £17k depreciation in less than 3 months and that comes after similar on my last L405

Any return to 405 ownership will be mid 60’s max I think
