newbie wheel nuts

I am a new owner of a 2007 tdv8.
I wish to change the wheels to 7 spoke 20" rr wheels with the DIMPLE.
While i have trawled through the site and read every post on these i am no wiser on the wheel nut required.

Could anyone list the part number or ebay ad for the correct wheel nut please.

Many thanks in advance and happy new year to all.

ah, that makes a difference..i assumed you had 20'' on at the moment ..

to clarify, there are 2 types of nuts, 20mm shank that fit the older type wheels and the newer 23mm shank ones which fit the newer generally 20'' types..

good info there Stan about the wheel nuts up to 2005 being 20mm shank Smile

related question, I bought some wheel nuts, alloy or stainless - cannot remember and within 6 months they look terrible, all rusted, well tarnished to hell and probably because they were cheap, can I ask what type of zinc or stainless is best for wheel nuts that still look good after 6 months, any advice on this would be really welcome - as I am trying to spruce up the old girl in the next few weeks for 2020 Smile

Wrington are the experts ( I agree ) ,but at £11 a wheel nut - too rich for me !

yes there are many posts, none of them very enlightening, just the same old stuff

I was after some nice solid polsihed stainless marine 316 grade for my 2004 ( 20mm shank) wheels which seem to be very hard to find at what I would call resonable prices

I saw some Dacromet Wheel Nuts on a Land Rover Discovery 3 (but these are 22mm shank) , but are very good nuts for our salt ridden roads ( they do not rust) , I am going to email them and see if 20mm shank is possible

a lot of trucks use these Dacromet finished wheel nuts in Europe
