Should the wing mirror glass of my l322 02 range rover vogue be tinted gold? They are the electrochromatic ones which do work.

My offside one has the gold tint, but its on the door, not the wing. 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6

Thank you for your reply, mine is a door mirror too.

But does this mean the glass should or not be good tinted.

Ive been told the mirror glass has a brown shadow which is caused by a fault of the electro driven antiblend. All objects in the mirror appear darker and not bright.

I've tested the mirror darkens and gets lighter again when light is put onto the sensor. As far as I was aware the gold tint is normal, just like some mirrors are tinted blue.
