Hi folks
So inevitably here I am.
I’ve visited your forums a few times already without registering. Quick fix stuff.
But I now appreciate this relationship is going to be long term. My beloved RR Fatty 04 is a bit of a git.
So I’ve registered. Nice to be able to properly say hi to you fine people.
I’ve had my Vogue for 5 months now. She’s covered 130K. Amazing material condition. Seems like a v sweet engine. Looks beautiful.
But WOW have I had some issues. So here goes -
1. 1st week of ownership the nsf airbag goes.
2. While it’s being repaired some sensor for ride height in the same corner goes tits.
3. HDC inactive starts showing its ugly head.
4. Torque converter goes. No drive. Goes to autobox specialist. They completely recon the box for a cool £3K.
5. Have it back 1 week and the OSR airbag goes. Should be fitted on Monday.
So now you’re up to speed. Minus some other bits that I could bore you with but won’t.
Nice to meet you, and I am sure I’m amongst good company.
See you on the battlefield!
Cheers
Greg

Hi everyone, greetings from Melbourne, Australia! I’ve been driving my RR Sport for about 3 years. Have just bought a new vehicle which I’ll use day-day and considering keeping the RR as a spare and holding on to it. I love it and have done enough to it to warrant keeping it. Anyways, I haven’t spent much time on forums and now since I’m thinking about keeping it, it'll probably be more of a hobby. I’m looking forward to learning more about it. Thanks

New member

Hi there,am a new member and i am looking to get back into RR ownership.
I have previously owned classic RR's a 3.5,3.9 and a 4.2,but am now looking for a petrol L322,either the 4,4 BMW.the 4.4 Jag or the 4.2 s/c.
Would appreciate some advice on which of the above versions members might recommend with regards to reliability etc.
Thanks in advance.

I’m new been lurking for a few weeks, been a Land Rover owner for 15 years, 1961 series 2 ex mod, currently also a freelander 1.5. Just bought a L322 MY2011 TDV8 4.4 vse and I love it. Couple of fix ups needed and one restricted performance in the first week but hey it’s a Land Rover lol

United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Adriatic Blue

Hello all!

Yesterday I picked up this 1996 P38 Range Rover DSE.

It currently has Terra-firma shocks and steering damper, General Grabber AT2 tyres, rock sliders and a D2 A-bar with LED light bar mounted.

Condition-wise, it's mechanically spot on but could benefit from a good clean up and polish at the weekend!

I've previously had a 1.8 Freelander 1, a td4 Freelander 2 and a TDV6 D3 but I've wanted one of these for a long time!

Looking forward to inevitably needing some words of wisdom for people on here soon! Thumbs Up
