Hi, did this problem ever get sorted? I have the same problem now after trying to replace my lamps with led. I shorted the front drivers footwell light and all interior lights went out except glove box and rear roof lights. F57 fuse is ok.

Have the new LEDs got aluminium bodies ?
I bought some LEDs a while ago & had problems too. Without thinking about it initially I stuck them in the bottom of the door lamp holders & various bulbs all went out.
When I looked in detail at the new bulbs the main body was black coated aluminium & in the specific holders in the base of the doors the bulb support was provided by an extension of the metal contacts - fine if the bulb was all glass, but provided a direct short between live and earth using the new bulbs.

I changed the fuse & the bulbs in those specific fittings to different, plastic bodied versions I'd also bought and all was OK.
The "problem" bulbs were fine in various other locations where the bulb was supported by bits of the plastic holder (rather than metal) - but I'll never buy them again as they're not universally applicable. Paul,

Hi Pawl, yes they have aluminium bodies that’s how I managed to short it out.

I plugged in my diagnostics tool and found it had logged the fault in the BCM so reset it and, hurray, now working again, but a new fault has now arisen, the drivers mirror now has a hissy fit when Reverse is selected and tilts full down and full in.

Probably not connected but, who knows, tried to reset the memory position but didn’t help.

LOL, you have got to love the quirks with these cars.
