A Trap 2010 Range Rover HSE TDV8 Atacama Sand
What is that sponge for??

Hi
I took out the rusty plate and under one side has some sponge.
Other side is empty.
Is it for sound isolation?

Might have dropped down from bonnet hinge area. Removed mine as they were sodden Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

The other side is filled by a spongy material.
How can i fill the bad side?
