Well, I tried it on my 06 and although it can be activated, applied and uploaded, it doesn't work. I'll have another go tomorrow as I was a bit rushed today.

Do you have the 'Complete CCF' list unlocked from GAP (as set out in Weegie's post on 10th Dec above)? You need this.

If so, the 'Unlock on Ignition Key Removal' (or something similar) is under Car Config/Untested CCF settings. About three quarters of the way down the long list of settings.
