Can't find my locking wheel nut key, anyone know where I can get one without paying a fortune to LR for a replacement? All LR cars from 1984

I assume you looked in all the normal places ?

If should be in a little compartment to the left of the spare wheel as you look at it.

Sometimes they end up in the glove box, centre console or even the spare wheel well.

Not entirely sure about sourcing a new key but you can buy a stepped socket, smack it over the lock and remove then replace with a normal lug.

Had another look but zilch! I only have a storage space in the boot on the right but nothing on the left. Under the spare wheel cover there are np storage spaces at all, just the spare wheel. My car is a 2018 by the way. All LR cars from 1984

It's possible they relocated it on later models - but here's where mine is - standing at the back of the car looking into the boot.

Does TOPIX or anywhere else tell you what key you'd need ?

I expect you'd need a main dealer to at least diagnose which nut to buy.....

I bought one from LR which was about £10 so they're not too bad and then of course found my original one a couple of days later...
