Problem with indicators on my 2005 4.2 SC . . .

They’re flashing super-slow – about once every 4 or 5 seconds. There’s no tick-tock noise inside the cab and no flasher indicator on the dash.
All other lights working but the sidelights are flickering.
LCD screen, radio/CD, interior lights, wipers all OK.

Does anyone have experience of this problem or know where to start fault finding?

Just noticed the reversing lights aren’t working and the towbar electric socket looks like it’s had a whack in the car park.
Also now it’s dark I can see that the dashboard illumination and all sidelights are flickering.

Could the reversing lights being out affect things in this weird way? 2006MY 4.2 SC

I was going to say it looks like a bad connection, perhaps on the earth side somewhere. With you saying what has happened on your second post, looks like you may have that fault induced by the damage. Have a really good look in daylight at the socket and all connections. Cheers
