Pulled fuse 13 from the engine bay and it made no difference.

Did the FBH outlet pipes get warm?

I could hear it running the other night when we jumpstarted it. It ran with the engine and I could hear ticking from the rear offside. Hasnāt done it since though.

If the FBH is running properly you should feel hot exhaust gas aand/or a hot FBH exhaust pipe. If it's cold then the FBH is not firing. I don't know if the pump for the unit continues to run if the FBH is not firing up.

When the RAC checked it, it was fluctuating between 14.1 and 14.2 when running so I think itās ok. It has had an alternator fitted prior to be buying it as well so it āshouldā be ok.

Sounds fair then. Trust the new battery solves the problem and that it is a faulty cell on the old one. |
