Water collecting in door well

When we have had heavy rain, every time I open my passenger rear door there is a amount of water that runs out from the bottom of the door. At the top you can see condensation.

What is causing it ?

Do I need a new seal ?

Thanks

I don’t own a 405 but It’s a well known design fault in the L322. Actually it’s the driver(offside) rear door that holds water on mine! Just need to ensure you open the door after heavy rain and let it out.

Thanks for your reply so I’m not alone.

How do I fix it though ?

I don’t want water gathering every time it rains ?
