Earlier today I set to blank my EGR, removed plastic cover and discovered that right side rubber hose (which should be drowned out judging by numerous "egr removal" videos out there and a small plastic thingy in the kit) is missing.

Instead there was a small rubber sealant on the right side of the EGR as seen on pic.1

When inspected the engine with my non professional sight, I've spotted one hose looking similar to those I've seen on "how-to" videos, but it had some small filter on it...

So, I've removed the EGR, almost. Can you please guys tell me what is wrong, why that hose WAS missing, did I found the proper one & should I drown it out?

The hose with the small filter on it is NOT the hose which connects to the EGR. I believe that the small filter is the turbo vent filter.

Ok, got it, thanks Jim, then will not touch it, but the question remains, why there were no that hose on egr....

I have blanked my rubber pipe off for the EGR as when I purchased a proper blanking kit it didn't fit correctly - hence plugging the hose up . The filer in your photo is the breather for the gearbox In my photo I have blanked the vacuum pipe off that goes to the EGR unit. I just put a screw in to the end of the pipe (the black and blue one in the photo).
