not sure what access is but maybe use a pair of long nose pliers? ... - .- -.

Hi Stan, the access hole is small and number 63 is located between a relay and a large strap connector so it's slightly buried by the surrounding items. Not sure I could get pliers to get a grip the fuse. 2019 L405 SDV8 Autobiography

are you sure its number 63 and is in fact a fuse? could it be a permanent fuse of some kind?

Mine's a 2013 and doesn't have the front glovebox power socket that the later models have.

i dont have one in the glovebox either [2016] but i do have one next to the cup holders like yours,

You can do it with the fuse puller that is clipped to the fuse board, it's bloody fiddly but can be done, I did mine yesterday.

Fuse 63 sits below the red 10 amp fuse shown on the bottom (middle) the photo below

It's 100% fuse 63 on a 2013 and if you are struggling to swap it, that confims it even more. Current

The pliers have just been delivered but unfortunately the ends don't close enough to grab the fuse.
