Door handle leather

Hi all

Need some help.

After 200k kms, the leather on the door handle, drivers side, has become so worn that right now has opened a crack/hole.



Any ideas to sort this thing out?
Do I need a full new door card?
if not, anyone knows where to find the same leather (parchment color)
