So paid for the factory visit to see my FFRR being built and here are a couple of pics - she was built by the end of the day but needs to go to SVO for them to work their magic and then I will be off down to Solihull to pick her up

In the state it's pictured, it looks like you've left it in a music festival car park for 3 days.

So is it just two trips to the factory? One to see if half built and then another to collect? I am wondering if they let you into the SVO section to spy on their progress.

Yes I know what you mean but you can actually see a difference in the build as she moves along the shop, I watched them putting the roof strips on and then the rear wiper, rear spoiler and side panels and just seeing that makes a big difference.

They are producing 37 cars per hour and 80% are left hand drive so seeing a right hand drive supercharged 5ltr V8 was something different even for them

Just 2 trips, one to the factory to see my car on the production line (cost £325) and then to collect which is included in the price of the SVA (cost £1200 but no reduction if you don't do it) so no SVO visit available  "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" ----is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" -----------is how far you take the fence with you.

I removed the front grille from an SVAutobiography bumper being nosey the other week and believe it or not SVO jigsaw out four areas of the standard front bumper to fit the SVAutobiography air intake grilles... Did make me giggle with embarrassment i have to admit!

And it was a special order colour! It had a Fuji white production sticker, so had been through the paint process at factory then sent to SVO to repaint the whole car! Madness!!!

This is the reason I hope to get mine in 4 - 6 weeks as she will not or should not need painting again lol "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.

Only 10 more sleeps to go and I will be on my way to Solihull to pick her up - chauffeur driven in a LWB from home for lunch and a factory visit/off road driving and then the hand over.

I managed to Ahem, forget to hand back my VIP bib when we did this...
