Topping up pressure in Worcester Bosch Greenstair 30i

Know its not even car related guys, but you lot are pretty helpful..... Bow down

Below is the pipework under our Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i combi boiler. Just bled the radiators and now 0 pressure. Gauge reading 0 as expected. (photos are upside down, but cant work out how to rotate 180 degrees)

I assumed opening the 2 valves on the flexi pipe would fill the system, and i could shut it off at 1.5 bar (where it should be), but i opened both valves (1 was open already) and expected to hear flowing water from the mains, but nothing?

Any ideas??

All sorted, the valve that was stuck 'on' (the slot going same way as flow of water), ws actually stuck off

So all sorted now
