The lovely Leyla, seen below, is a bit shaggy. In this ultra warm weather I’m a bit concerned about the occasional long drive we do...

Of course we stop, and The Beast has air con into the boot area, and the rear air con is all pointed towards her... any thoughts from anyone ???

Also does the tint in the back windows remove some of the heat ?

Bill Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

He who dies with the most toys wins...

My 5 collies travel in the car (3 in the boot and 2 on the back seat) for long periods, up to 12 hours when travelling to France, in extremely hot weather, I ensure the rear air con is on and blowing into the boot area. The tinted windows do help to a small extent also. They have access to water at all times through a non-spill bowl - an absolute must.

Dogs coats are very good at regulating their temperature, long haired (shaggy!) varieties are able to keep cool in heat or keep the heat in if cold, this is why they should never be shaved in hot weather.
