Worth noting is that the FBH will cut out if your battery drops below 11.5V so if your battery isnt healthy it will shut down after a few minutes - this is happening on mine atm. I verified this by plugging the charger in and it then ran full cycle.

So what does "Full Cycle" actually mean. I didn't see anything in the manwell on this but have seen mention of 30 minutes. Doe sit only really work if left going for 30 mins.? Ash

I've found it's only noticeable after its been running for the full time. 30 mins is the max it will run for.

The temp gauge on the car doesn't start at 0, so if the coolant is at 5C and the FBH heats it to 50C that's probably only enough to get it off the white line, but it means the engine is already at 50C so will warm up much quicker.

Let it run for the full 30 mins, I used to set mine to run twice a day which was great when everyone at work was scraping the ice off their cars.

I also have the remote, do you know f you have the receiver unit in the right hand storage area in the boot?

So, can I just get this right then- even though I DON'T have the remote, the FBH will still heat the interior on cold mornings? Just a case of setting it in the OBC?
I'm with the others on this- mine just blows cold. Maybe I didn't run it long enough to get the benefits.

I assume the remote just switches it on at will rather than using the OBC settings? 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded
