In my case the warning light was caused by the wiring loom under passenger seat became damaged because I fold the back seats down regularly and the fronts move.
Appears to be a to be a fairly frequent problem from what I have seen.

I’ve booked her in with my local dealer on my return from holiday.

I’m hoping if there is a fault it will be covered by the extended warranty? 718 GT4

Do you happen to have links to these threads by any chance please? I can't find them despite hours of searching.

Fingers crossed
