I'm with them, I moved a couple of months ago. Prices seem ok, online interfaces are easy to upload meter readings so all good so far. I moved from first utility who were shocking in many many ways First time FFRR owner

Been with them since last Nov. Price comparison was a no brainer.

They have however recently told me I need to up my payments from the amount 'I chose' to meet my usage.

I politely informed them I am paying the amount 'they advised' and we have just has the high usage winter months. - Nice try bucko! I increased my payments by £1.

It will be interesting to see where I stand at the end of the 12 months given I gave them complete and accurate records of the previous three annual usages before signing up and nothing appears to be changing on that score so far.
