Land Rover Screen Saver

I have noticed that since I have owned my car, I never have the land rover screen saver appear on my screen. Its either black, or the normal screen when its on.

I have noticed that sometimes as I start on the car the Land Rover badge will appear for about a second before the menu screen appears.

Any ideas as to what may cause this?? Reformed

I was getting no screen saver, just blank screen (after fitting mk4 nav) and read ( on rr.net) that locking and unlocking the car with the key 2/3 times in quick succesion then leave sometimes upto 12 hours would clear this. I did it and it did! No idea why, but hey its free so may be worth a go.

Sure someone will elaborate on the whys and wherefors of this Thumbs Up

Cheers, I will give that ago. Anything is better than nothing. I do have the original Nav though (not the mk4 upgrade). Reformed

Don't think it was nav specific. Let us know how you get on. Be interesting to know if it works or was just one off with mine. Had no issues since so something changed!

On the Touch Screen system, it's buried in the settings menu under display settings, but you can also do it via the voice input, something like "Display Off"
