United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Fuji White
[For Sale] Range Rover L322 4.2 Supercharged 2007

Hi all.
I'm selling my beloved Range Rover Supercharged. This is going cheap £3750. No offers. Need a sale by Wednesday latest.
Im selling because i've had the perfect storm brew.

I've bought a new 5.0 (well new to me. Pictures will be posted when I pick her up).But we are also in the process of moving house, so a lot of money has been committed and handed over. Our new house has come through quicker than expected, and has left me short. Upshot is that Mrs. Big Boy says we need to exchange on the house first,to release money tied up, then I can pick my new Rangey up.
So here it is.
2007 4.2 SC in Zermatt. Black leather interior. 153000 miles. Tow bar, rear entertainment, heated and cooled seats, Mats, front lightguards, roof rails, mud flaps, tv all works as it should.
MOT Feb next year.
In February,
I spent over £3500 having a lot of work done.New compressor, front strut O/S, new discs, and calipers and pads on the rear. Recent front discs 12 months earlier. Front arms replaced both sides, new battery, new electrochromic mirror for the passenger side. Tyres are good all round. Been well serviced, as my son is a Mercedes technician. Gearbox oils done 2 years ago.
Drives really well, with no surprises.
One of our forum members was buying it, from a post he put up recently, but due to circumstances beyond his control he couldn't commit. I'm sure if he reads this, i'm sure he will vouch for the accuracy of everything said here.

The car has been my daily ride and i've owned her for over 6 years. In that time I got her at 64, 000 miles.I have a photo of the mileage when I picked her up. In all that time she has been faultless and effortless to drive., with nothing going wrong.
With my job, it has been used as a work tool. I'm a safety consultant, and all the mileage has been racked up on motorways to Scotland or London or wherever. I have been getting around 26 on a run regularly, and about 19 round town.
It's been outstanding in whatever weather has been thrown at it, and has never let me down.

BAD BITS: It's not pristine. It is 12 years old. needs a new windscreen (£75 excess on insurance), Bumpers front and rear have scratches and chips where they ve been clipped, and the front wants a new clip to hold the corner in place where it was broken. The odd small scratches here and there that would polish and buff out if it was given a proper detailing. There is a small amount of rust showing through on the N/S rear wheel arch.
Needs a new drivers door lock.I put a post on a few weeks ago as I locked my keys in the boot. Opens and locks perfectly as it should.
Usually, i'd do these, but with work, i've been busy and the car has been in use, and with the impending move, i've just not committed the cash to do it.
If I didn't need to sell, I wouldn't, as it's only £4k, and i'd sort it and give it my son.
I need to sell asap, certainly before Wednesday if possible.
If you're interested drop me a message and i'll reply straight back.
I am trying to upload photos now,but struggling.Stan if you read this....help Bow down

Hi all. Bit of an update. been reading the post again, and the windscreen bit is a little misleading. It is only chipped and a small 2cm crack bottom centre of the screen. Doesn't interfere with driving, and has been checked. Heated screen still works ! albeit on one side, due to the crack. Tony

I can vouch for the provenance of this one and all the work Tony has had done to it, absolutely gutted that it didn't work for me as it ticks all the boxes especially being a face-lift, key in dash, model . Someone will get a great Fattie . Thumbs Up

She's gone........

We were together for the last time. I stared longingly at her face. The silence was deafening. The seconds crawled by. It felt like an eternity. One final moment of us, as a team, together. Then, with one flick of ink, with one signature, it was all over. We were no longer together. She was no longer mine. I was just another part of her life history. She was moving on up.

We’d been together for over 6 years. In that time, we had grown inseparable, going everywhere together, proudly showing her off to other envious men. She’s mine…hands off I used to say. We were solid as a rock. Best years of our lives.

I remember the first time we met. It was on a matching site. One of those where gorgeous models look for men with deep pockets to take care of them. I saw her. She looked amazing. I just knew I had see her. A few phone calls later, and I was nervously waiting to see her for real. She came out, and that was it. She looked like something off the cover of Vogue. I knew she was the one for me. It was the real thing.

I gently touched her for the last time. She felt cold, cold as ice. Different, yet the same. I stepped back, knowing I shouldn’t have done that, and realising that I would never see or hear her again. She belonged to someone else now. She had caught another man's attention.

I had a tear in my eye as she was whisked away by her new man. I could hear her voice singing as she disappeared off into the distance, her new man beaming with excitement, like the cat who got the cream. He had.
As she disappeared off into the distance, my mind wandered back to the good times we shared together.

Was I too hard with her? Yes I always put my foot down with her, but in the end it was always me who backed off. She was definitely an outdoors type of girl. Yes she used to like the fineries of the classy wine bars in town, being seen at some of the most fashionable places and mixing with other gorgeous models. She fitted in perfectly. But she was an outdoors girl at heart, and she used to like a bit of rough and getting mucky. Made my day every time, and I always came back with a huge grin on my face. We’d get home, and I’d gently wash her, the soap bubbles getting everywhere!.

She never wanted for anything. I spent thousands on her and would happily have spent thousands more. Nothing was never too much.
I used to overlook her little tantrums. It was a part of her make up. Sometimes when we were out, she would just drop on her arse for no reason. I got wise to her little ways and just switched off. She usually came round and all was back to normal.

I also overlooked her heavy drinking. She had a thirst, and would easily get tanked twice a week. But to be fair to her, when she was tanked, she was fun and at her best and she would go for ages. At least she didn’t smoke.
She was cheeky too. Every time I walked up to her she used to flash at me. Her face lit up and the warmth from inside made me feel brand new. But just being with her was such a good feeling.

There were doubters about our time together. People said it was Insanity. But to me it was such a good feeling.
But as the years went on we started getting accustomed to each other. Last Christmas I found myself looking at younger models, even when we were together. Prettier, and wearing the latest vibrant colours that made them stand out. I began to not take her with me when I went out, sometimes not coming home for days. Then, one day, I was caught. I was attracted to this gorgeous blonde. She was stunning. I’d never strayed before, and I just had to see her. Then it happened. I met her and things happened. One thing led to another and the next minute I was inside her. I questioned myself. Was I moving too Fast? Should I stay or should I go?

She went ballistic on me. Every time we went out it was bump and grind. I’d decided my Secret Lover was what I really really wanted. A new Flame had come.

So we finally parted. I’m sat here sad and alone. It’s not right, but it’s OK. But this is the right time.
My new love has arrived. Finally.

Wish the wife would Censored off though. Tony
