Why on earth would I want to pretend to be one of those

LEDs were fitted fitted to my last two D3s as well and lets just say I use them when the winch is on and working

1. Fusebox very near to antenna? No problems ?
2. Any ECU-stuff necessary for the second battery circuit?
3. Itīs an optima yellow?! When Iīm informed right, it has a total different charging cyclus/modus then normal batteries? So do you modificate the generator or a dual charge system with relay switch?
4. I guess itīs for a fridgefreezer, arenīt the wires a bit too thin - min. 2,5-4mm ?

I ask because I also will install a second battery for my Nat.Luna. For the next weekend-trip I will try it with the original socket for the first time - hope there will be no battery failure and I will return from the Lake... Laughing XJC, RRV8, Series1 86 and 107% of real pleasure

4. I guess itīs for a fridgefreezer, arenīt the wires a bit too thin - min. 2,5-4mm ? that fuse is for the rear Aux sockets and its thin wall wire will take plenty safely Thumbs Up

This system has been implimented on many a D3 albeit in the engine bay. The main reason for the aux battery is the deep draw whist winching nah your right its for the beer fridge as well Thumbs Up

Just remenber mine is an 07 yours is a 03 so your options may vary Thumbs Up

Yellow top is the best type for this aplication
