4.4 405

When do we think we'll see the 4.4 405 around the 25 grand mark?
See there are one or two on Auto trader around the high 20s.
Don't do many miles in my 322, mainly used for lugging the tin tent, so I can't really justify spending heavily on something that will only do around say 5000 miles a year max.

They are already around if you are ready to drive a high mileage one - and they do cope with mega miles as long as they are serviced properly Thumbs Up l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

Depressingly soon I fear!

If anyone is offering high 20’s/even early 30’s , & you fancy it, offer them the 25k , the worst they can say is no!

Good luck

Not strictly true - When I sold my last RR, I had a cheeky person make me an insulting offer - I politely told him to p155 off and don’t waste my time - i then ignored his calls - some “buyers” think sellers are all desperate - it works both ways and if somebody makes a too cheeky offer I end the conversation and will not deal with them again. 2021 L405 Vogue SE 4.4 V8 DIESEL ~ #17

Something like this is looking like seriously lots of car for just under 27k asking price at a dealer:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ad...obcid=soc3

Private vendors are of course all in a different position, some with the funds, space and time to hold onto their existing car in the mid term or even indefinitely. However some may need to sell up quicker for a variety of reasons hence the 25k region isn't entirely unrealistic at all IMHO.

Considering what an early 405 will be attracting as a part exchange offer there should be some potential shrewd buys out there. Never ever be afraid of making a polite and sensible offer.

When the time comes to part with my 322 that's certainly where I think I'll be looking! Current
