Hi, I got a big problem today when I locked the key into the luggage compartment of my TDV8, 07 model. I have a brief question if anyone here has been in the same situation? How do I get in now when I just have one key? Range Rover L322 TDV8 07

Buy a new key! (seriously, without breaking a window big enough to climb through) a new key is the only option. Contact Dan @ Duckworths (forum sponsor and best price/service from an LR dealer) with your VIN .

Do you have the plastic emergency key? I had to use it when I inadvertently locked the car, put the keys on the parcel shelf, then closed the tailgate.

I once had to drive home from Cornwall in my dads car to grab my spare key after doing the exact same thing! I then disabled the boot opener button on the key so i never had that problem again!

Thanks for the information about this blast I did. The car is too safe to get in on good and too bad if you can say it like that. I have little desire to ruin a window so I have sent a request to Dan Duckworths as Joe90 recommended here. Anyway, I need a key number 2 sooner or later anyway. Some came with a plastic blade that could be used in an emergency.

Most got lost but if you have one would likely be with service history / car paperwork somewhere.
