4.4 tdv8 coolant change

Hi everyone I'm new on here so please be gentle 😂 I'm off to the south of France in a few weeks towing the caravan so was thinking it would be a good idea to give the water works some attention before we go. I figured whilst it was drained down it would be prudent to change the thermostat. Has anybody got any helpful tips or hints on the best way to do this and re-fill??

2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Java Black

Hi all,
I would also be interested in the coolant change/flush/Bleed procedure on the 4.4 TDV8 (2012 L322 4.4 TDV8)
I can only seem to find info on 3.6 TDV8 or petrol 4.4 v8.

Having just changed the Oil cooler gaskets & 'O' rings I would like to get rid of any oil remaining in system!

Also trying to find a procedure for bleeding air out of the coolant. Is the process detailed anywhere?
