HEVAC panel dead

My HEVAC panel has died, no lights or response to any inputs, I’ve tried another good used unit to no avail, auto electrician has said there is power to wiring at rear of panel, fuse all okay, anything else could be stopping this from working? Incidentally the parking sensor button has also started playing up, could they be connected?

Do the interior lights come on as normal? And can you open the boot with the centre console button?

I was thinking that maybe the car had dropped into transport mode. Have you had the car scanned for fault codes? ______________________________
