Went to the dealer for a black screen problem (remained dark while reversing) and they updated the ICTP software to 19A_19.20.4-363281. There is no SOTA in the P400e's sold in my country for some reason (they don’t even have a SIM slot), so it's a 3 hours dealer job... Now the voice command doesn’t work and the navigation guidance just pauses the music, but without a sound! Also, the wheel and suspension info screen (in the off-road information) is grey and doesn’t show the correct position. Scheduled for a check Friday, but is there anything I can do in the meantime? What went wrong?

check the volume presets for voice..and then take it back to he dealer... ... - .- -.

Sorry, where are the volume presets? Was wondering about that and also about the speed related volume... Aand source related audio settings?

For the lack of voce prompts and voce commands it sounds as though the language database needed to be updated following the IMC update but this step wasn't carried out.
Not sure about the off-road info problem though.

Quick update, the dealer sorted all issues in less than 2 hours. They confessed 80% of the visits are software related...

Could be worse!
