So I've sprung a leak on my td6. Was easy enough to find the source. It's coming out of the join between the plastic egr thermostat and metal egr cooler (at least that's what I think they are). Guessing there's an o-ring or something in there? Resisted the temptation to just nip the bolts a bit 😀 2004 Vogue TD6 - Remapped

"Check coolant level" displayed on the dash, and a little puddle of coolant on the driveway

I took the front engine cover off (above the fan) and could see the coolant weeping out of the join.

Got a new EGR thermostat from Eurocarparts (£28 in one of their "sales"), will be fitting it tonight. 2004 Vogue TD6 - Remapped

If you run into any troubles with that you could also just remove the whole EGR and EGR cooler assembly! Clears up a ton of space in the engine bay and simplifies things.
