Having bigger wheels on doesn’t cause the problem, it highlights it. There is vibration there as the driveshaft runs through the sump....the higher aspect ratio/bigger sidewalls on the tyres used on 18 inch wheels pretty much mask it. Land Rover never offered 19 or 20 inch wheels on a TD6.

I had the same issue. Mine turned out to be an injector fault. |

19” wheels were eventually approved for the TD6, but only with a revised engine management calibration to counteract the torsional vibration/oscillation issue.

Do we need to have this update then if running car on 22inch wheels Phil? Is this something only the stealers can update also.
