Well after having been away from Range Rovers for a while now (since 2011 but had several D4's during that time and a couple of V8 D2's etc etc) it looks as though I may be back

Just placed an order for a 2020 MY SVA in Bosphorus Grey with a Black contrast roof and all the goodies included such as;

I am sure I have missed some bits but you get the idea - just got the wait now which I have been told will be between 16 - 20 weeks.

Anything I have missed or should know about chaps  "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" ----is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" -----------is how far you take the fence with you.

Hi Jasperoony, sounds great. Really you should just tick all the boxes which come as standard, even if you don’t use them, they are there
On another note, did the Dealership mention the bespoke suite at SVO in Oxford Road.
Not sure if you want to go that far but there is sooooo much on offer, at a premium, obviously, but some stuff to make your car a bit different and individual.
Just thought I’d mention it.

Basically did just that but not for the smokers pack so everything else included I think

Been looking for ages and trying to do a deal with the main dealers around the country but none can even get close to the discount I am getting from a small family run dealership - please chaps don’t ask me about the discount for now, I will tell everyone once I have firmed everything up and have an estimated delivery date  "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.

So been to firm things up today, paid my £5,000 deposit and discount agreed

Order now on LR site and waiting for a build date that I should get mid to late next week

Hi Jim, it’s less than 10% but more than 5% if that helps and on an SVA much more than I was being offered by the main large dealers

Just been chatting with the dealer who informs me my provisional build date is the 18th Oct and delivery early January but both of these should be brought forward

Just a very quick update.

Well 2 days ago my car became spec locked which means I can't change anything but just prior I did change the colour to Indus Silver - just was not sure of the Bosphorus Grey

Also added the smokers pack (FOC) that gives a fully working lighter and nice pots in the cup holders that I can just take out

Been told the build date is the 20th Sept but may be subject to change and delivery in Nov - going down for the factory hand over and hopefully for the "watch your car being built" visit - just waiting for dates etc. "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.

Bill Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc
