Hi Matt, ok edits finished.

Actually I watch temps to know if it's finished. Once you see it at 630 I keep it constant until the grams drop. Sometimes it can be quick but other times it takes longer.

Speed 50 to 70 - It's fine but I use slow adjustments on the cruise to build speed which seems to upset the regen least.

Once you see it drop to 550-odd and the to 400-odd you know it's winding down and I turn around once it drops below 300.

Once I managed super regen (my own term) which is out to a certain junction, off ramp, roundabout turning back, on ramp and having the regen resume. That way I'm burning soot on the way out and the way back instead of gaining on the return. I think I had two green lights on the roundabout so my speed didn't drop too low and the regen resumed.

I usually go late to avoid queues and put on some nice tunes.

I don't enjoy being this much into DPFs Big Cry Big Cry
. Cheers, Greg

Matt - you got that fault code? It's my understanding from this forum that if you have then a forced regen cannot be undertaken....I may be wrong.

What is your usual driving route? Town or longish runs or a combo?
Has your amber light stayed off now? If it now stays off with your usual driving then Thumbs Up Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

Nice spreadsheet Matt.
I'm pretty worried about your 5 gram gain in the space of minutes - 18 miles.

You do have an issue, that's not normal and reason why your yellow light keeps coming back.
Do take her back to dealer.

. Cheers, Greg

You seem to have proved that my indi was wrong.

I asked him for a price to change the sensor and he would not give me a fixed price quote, just went on to tell me how the time taken can vary so much because it is such a pig of a job.
If you can get it done under warranty then so much the better.

This is the sensor that needs changing, but it makes the job look easy , when in practice it’s very well hidden.

I hoped but I have to say no real difference on DPF fill rates.

One thing to check for fast filling DPF like yours i a problem with the throttle body. I don't know too much but I read once one user has theirs changed by LR Assist and seemed to fix it.

I've just read every thread on DPFs.
PM'd a few members too.

. Cheers, Greg

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I removed the MAF sensor from both sides, but I certainly didn’t find any dirt.
They were both spotless. I change both air filters at the same time , every other year, so they have been in exactly 12 months, and still look as clean as new.

Passenger side MAF.

Drivers side MAF.

It’s a pity we don’t know how “fouled up” yours was, and which side ?.

I bet Matt's was the sensor in the inlet doughnut that they cleaned. I would not expect the 2 near the air filter to be dirty.... Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

They refer to it as singular and not plural in their report which indicates the doughnut positioned sensor.
They probably missed out the word 'pressure' in the description Rolling Eyes Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

I have cleaned my MAPT sensor several times over the last 2-3 years, and it is always very sooty when I remove it, but have never thought it made any difference when run cleaned.

Watch out for ULEZ Matt.

If you're coming with the commuter flow then either Mway won't be great....

Also the congestion charge zone & don't even think about parking illegally, even for a few seconds - they have camera's everywhere & a whole army of semi-intelligent life forms operating them to generate revenue via a PCN. (Same applies to box junctions as well - even if you are millimetres over.

Enjoy your day. 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6

Good news is that stuff is being burnt and no yellow lights Thumbs Up
It would be really interesting to see if you had the sensor changed under LR warranty and then do the same run to compare.... Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
