L405 centre console side fascia removal

Does anyone know how to remove the side trim panel it’s aluminium and scratched badly?

Did this simple procedure work?? do you not have to remove the trim surrounding the centre screen before pulling the aluminium strips forward ??

It works - just needs a good pull. You might have to search for the clips though, mine stuck and had to use tweezers and a small telescopic magnet to retrieve them! Keith

Thanks Keith, do I need to remove the trim that surrounds the centre screen.... or can I just pull the strips forward as you describe ???
