just try putting one of the wheels in the boot ? Far to many gone... |

the system should pick the sensors up..its like swapping a front wheel to the back ,the system knows where the sensor is.. ... - .- -.

If I had 10 wheels with sensors (two sets), could I swap them over and not have the light? Or is the car only able to recognise 5 sensors. |

the car will pick up any sensor after about 5/8 minutes so you could swap wheels around.. ... - .- -.

If the batteries in the sensors are still good (life expectancy on the car is roughly 7 years) the car should talk and self0programme but it took my car (same as yours) a few trips to do this - there is an article (which I copied on to this forum in the last three months about TPMS) that shows you how to drive the car to get it to self-programme. I did that...and it did not work. Eventually it does though.
