Hands free quality

Just wondering if anyone else has problems with the sound quality when trying to use hands free phone. I’ve got a 2010my TDV8 and whilst I can usually hear the callers voice ok, they complain that they can’t hear me very well. I read about the bluetooth exchange upgrade on here but that is not applicable for my car according to the chap there.

Could there be a problem with the microphone? Where even is the microphone?!

Would welcome any suggestions please [/img]

I had the echo and booming and was advised to fit a 405 round mic and also fit soundproof foam in the void behind the mic, did this and job jobbed. Many thanks
