what is the goverment on about by saying the cost of living is less now than ever does he not realise fuel is over £1 litre for petrol and diesel so consequently the cost of food has gone up and so on , am i wrong on this or just not seeing the wood for the trees onto no6 Range Rover

£2000 to scrap a car that may well be perfectly clean running, and cause more carbon to be produced by the factory making the new car, the ship transporting it (no doubt from Japan) and the truck taking it to the dealer.
