2013 Range Rover SE 4.4 V8 Causeway Grey
Repositioning Rear Wiper

I had my rear window smashed a month ago and they replaced the rear glass. The chaps had to take the wiper arm off and haven’t repacked it correctly, it’s not hidden in the spoiler and I can see it in the rear screen when it’s off. What tool do I need to get the rear spoiler off and how do I do it?

Isn't it a matter of asking them to remedy their fault rather than you taking the risk and time to fix it?
