Hi all

Ive got the touch plus system in my 65 plate S/C, how do I update the Incontrol App software, the system has an update software button but just says go to the LR website, and I cant find anything in there for updating this specifically, anyone done it on the touch plus system?

Also, I download the Route Planner app and registered but dont have my car active, am i right to think this only works with touch pro systems or can I add a profile in touch plus too?

I have an active Incontrol account and my car is active in my profile but only shows journeys, fuel tank level etc in the remote app. Is the car too old for some of the functions, apps, updates etc?

You'll have to go to a dealer for the updates. The latest is 19A, but not sure whether your car is compatible.

To get map updates you need to download them onto a memory stick from your PC, then upload into you car's system via the USB port. Takes from 10 mins to 3 hours from all reports. Mine took less that 10 mins.

Some of the Apps are only available with InControl Pro All LR cars from 1984

Only the 2017 cars onward can have the latest software updates, you can tell if you have the latest hardware as the touchscreen no longer has the buttons around the sides, it was a pretty large hardware and software upgrade for that model year...

I've just been on the Incontrol Route planner on my PC and it shows "My Car" as being in the middle of nowhere north of Llanelli!! Although I was in West Wales last week, I am now at home about 120 miles East of Llanelli!!

Anyone got any ideas why this should be and how do I delete the "My Car" icon from the Route Planner!! All LR cars from 1984
