My air con is not very cold would a regas sort it or could it be something else.

First thing is to find out why you have no gas possible leak on the evaporator maybe?

Could be a prosses of illimination then first.

If you take your car to somewhere that recharges ac systems as part of the process they will evacuate the existing gas and oil and then carry out a vacuum test. Only if the vacuum test is satisfactory will they recharge the system. If you have a leak thy will tell you.
