anyone here a divorce lawyer.............

...............think I'm gonna need one pretty soon if I keep cleaning my car everytime its not raining.
I'm sure I used to have a life?

I was told today, as i rushed in to grab lunch half an hour after the rest of the family had started eating, that I am totally obsessed with cleaning my car!

anyhow, today is the second weekend that I have spent all day on my car, last weekend i got as far as black hole glaze, before the weather interupted. this week i got to play with my supernatural wax, super easy to use, great finish (only one coat though).

got caried away so much i washed and waxed my "spyder also".

light was fading when i took these pics, but looking good IMHO, the SN wax appears to add a lot of depth to the carbon fibre panels

Nice looking motors trax

I am sure your mrs will be ok. Maybe you could suggest she cleans the house while you clean the cars. That way everyone is busy Smile FFRR TD6 HSE

@Gary, I keep it "hidden away" Whistle

Next time you're passing, stop in for a coffee and you can take it out for a spin......it's a bit mental!

@Mark, it's a Canam spyder, rotax 998cc V-twin, Flappy paddle gearbox type thing.
replaced all the heavy plastic panels, mudguards, hood, windshield etc with carbon fibre +been tweaked and modified.
0-62 in about 3.5 seconds Thumbs Up Gerry

No helmet or bike license needed! Shocked

However you'd be mad to go out without a lid, and a full car license is needed.

It's very different to riding a bike, but I wouldn't what to jump straight on it having never riden a bike before. Gerry

I'd like to be a spectator when the car driver decides to 'do the biking bit'...lol

Vaguely remember reading about it a few years ago in PB or similar?

Bet it's a hoot, would need to be convinced on cornering though Thumbs Up

Took a bit of getting used too, it has abs, traction control, and some stability control rubbish.
Basically you could sit upright on it at all times, if you take a corner too fast, it goes into "nanny mode"

OR

If you hang off the side, and get your weight over the inside front wheel, there's no lift off, the computer minds it's own business, and you take corners at speed. But like I said, takes a bit of getting used to ( and if you don't quite get it right, and you've committed, you can find yourself suddenly and magically being slowed down. I actually think it's quite dangerous, not a safety feature, but have yet to find a way to disable it!) Gerry

I remember when honda tried the ABS on their bikes...nothing more disconcerting than going in a bit hot and the boke deciding it's going to stop braking Shocked

Vowed never to own a bike with ABS....

Still looks like a great way to spend a few sunny days Thumbs Up
