So iv had the intermitent start fault for ages sometimes turn the key fires up 1st time every time then for no reason turn the key... no start turn again starts fine.
Time for a new ignition switch as a well known fault on these iv had one sitting here for ages so before it gives up on me totally thought id swop it out.

After a bit of research iv managed to track down a service kit for my starter motor solenoid just waiting for it to arrive.
As iv only got 89k on my original denso starter iv opted to service and repait ir as its a simple job. The bearmach replacment was chinease

Time for an update.....all good and true to form iv found a decent how to guide after iv fixed mine but hope it helps others
