errr to put it simply - the RR TV system is crap. VERY basic user functionality and very poor reception. You pretty much have to be very close and in line of site of a transmitter to stop reception/picture break up. We've had 3 Lr's with TV and it's been dismal in each.

Really, always found ours to be pretty good, one of my older children watches it in the rear on longer journeys and very rarely complains |

My troops are happy with theirs. It must be the area you live in. Reception is good in Teesside.

My last car, Mercedes GL63 AMG, was really good reception but the RR is shockingly poor, frequently breaking up and freezes the screen, audio cuts off etc.

You could try "re bedding" the Stations by setting the country to the wrong location , then back to the UK this will allow the tuner to have a fresh start . Drive the car to a known good reception area first . Worth a try . |

I did try changing country once before and don't recall that it did anything to improve but will certainly try it now and then to see if it does.

I can't say if yours is faulty or not - but I can only restate that the old style TV tuners are absolutely rubbish - it maybe that yours is just normal ..... i.e. |
