It should lock when the car is locked, else it’s loosey-goosey. |

The plug locks when the car is locked, but the flap definitely doesn't (my car was locked when I braked, so I guess it can't be secured).

The cynic in me thinks maybe it wasn’t properly closed at the journey’s start... I think that would be a good test, ie with car on and locked on drive-away, can the flap be interfered with. |
