2017 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Santorini Black

What are these?

My new (to me) L405, with lovely (and I thought standard) wheels - but what are they?
they look like style 6, but they are grey, not silver.

W. 2017 - L405 SC - WOW! just WOW!
2014 - L405 4.4
2010 - L322 3.6 - Carried me 100,581 miles then broke big-time

When I first looked at this I thought it was stacked up. I couldn’t figure why the disc and calliper was still in the wheel.
