Retuning TV in 2010MY

Hi all
The owners manual that came with my TDV8 must’ve got wet at some point and all the pages are stuck together hence the questions.
How do I retune the TV? There doesn’t seem many channels on there at present. I assume it’s Freeview

Thanks for that. I was doing it right after all.
Doing this doesn’t seem to generate many channels. All I see on the screen is the channel 4 and itv channels.
