Probably the oil cooler, you can get a new gasket (££)

Thanks Joe. It seems to be very uncommon on the 3.6. Do you know if the gasket seals both water and oil? I have no oil in the coolant. What a pain it is. Previously a 2008MY Tonga Green Vogue SE 3.6 TDV8 |

Just a thought and hard to say with out seeing it, but check the small turbo hoses at the back of the manifold, mine was leaking from there and running down the bell-housing. I'd not tightened them up enough after EGR valve change. Cheap fix if it is that |

Thanks Dave. EGRs were both changed by local indy around 18 months ago soon after I got the car. I have sucked oil out of the hollows in the rear left of the V so there is limited possibility that hoses are the problem. Thanks though. Previously a 2008MY Tonga Green Vogue SE 3.6 TDV8 |
