Oil service indicator

Hi, I do all my own servicing and don't appreciate the message"oil service overdue xxx miles" when I know full well it was replaced a month ago.
Please tell me how to reset it on my 2008 tdv8, thankyou. Thumbs Up 2008 L322 Vogue 3.6 TDV8 in Java Black with parchment and Navy interior. 125000mls.

I used to be indecisive and have a split personality... but we are ok now...I think?

Easy to do with IID Tool. I'm not sure it can be done without.

You need iiD or T4 to reset the TDv8. John

In my experience all cars can have their service indicators reset without specialist equipment.

I could be wrong, but I have never experienced a problem?

The TD6 can be reset without. I have had both and had no problem with the TD6 but needed the iiD for the TDV8.

The OP can try the method shown in the video and report back. Would be interested to know. John
